Course Description
DORA Foundation develops practical capability to understand Digital Operational Resilience Act principles, ICT risk management, incident reporting, resilience testing, and third-party oversight. The four-lesson path moves from core principles and governance into applied controls, evidence, exceptions, and accountable improvement.
Applied work is based on a financial entity mapping regulatory resilience responsibilities across business, technology, security, continuity, and suppliers. Learners create DORA scope and responsibility map, ICT resilience control workbook, incident and testing evidence checklist, and third-party resilience improvement plan, while testing decisions against realistic operational constraints.
By completion, participants can interpret the subject, perform the relevant workflow, evaluate evidence, communicate supported conclusions, and hand over prioritized actions with clear ownership and follow-up.
