5. Free and Paid Courses

SkillDynamo may change whether a course is free or paid. A change will not normally affect access that has already been validly granted, except where required for security, legal compliance, third-party licensing, or platform maintenance.

6. Enrolment and Order Confirmation

Submitting an enrolment form, payment, purchase request, or course enquiry does not guarantee acceptance.

An enrolment becomes confirmed when SkillDynamo provides confirmation through the website, email, invoice, receipt, or another written communication.

SkillDynamo may decline or cancel an enrolment where:

A course is unavailable
Information supplied by the user is inaccurate
Payment is unsuccessful
Fraud or misuse is suspected
Technical or pricing errors occurred
Required prerequisites have not been met
The requested service cannot reasonably be delivered
The enrolment would violate applicable law

Where SkillDynamo cancels a paid enrolment before providing the service, any amount received for the cancelled service will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund terms and law.

7. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices will be displayed or communicated before a paid service is confirmed.

Unless stated otherwise:

Prices may be changed before enrolment confirmation.
Applicable taxes may be added to the displayed price.
Bank charges, currency-conversion charges, and payment-provider fees may be the user’s responsibility.
Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method.
Course access may be withheld until payment is successfully verified.
Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional period.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discounts cannot normally be combined unless expressly permitted.

Payment services may be provided by third-party payment processors. Their separate terms and privacy practices may also apply.

SkillDynamo does not intentionally store complete card details where transactions are processed by an authorised external payment provider.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility may depend on:

Whether third-party licences or examination vouchers have been issued

9. Live Training and Demonstrations

Live sessions and demonstrations may be delivered through third-party video-conferencing or training platforms.

Participants are responsible for:

Joining at the scheduled time
Using a compatible device
Maintaining a stable internet connection
Testing audio, video, and software beforehand
Meeting communicated technical requirements
Behaving respectfully toward instructors and participants

SkillDynamo may reschedule, combine, postpone, or cancel a session because of instructor illness, low enrolment, technical failure, emergencies, third-party platform problems, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where possible, SkillDynamo may provide:

A replacement session
An alternative instructor
A recording
A transfer to another batch
Course credit
A refund where appropriate

SkillDynamo is not responsible for a participant’s failure to attend, join on time, maintain connectivity, or satisfy technical requirements.

10. Instructor Changes

SkillDynamo may replace an instructor where necessary because of availability, illness, scheduling conflicts, performance concerns, emergencies, or operational requirements.

Any replacement instructor will be selected based on appropriate subject knowledge and delivery capability.

The identity of a particular instructor is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed as an essential written term of the enrolment.

11. Course Access

Course access may be limited by:

A stated access period
Course-completion requirements
Subscription status
Account status
Licensing restrictions
Platform availability
Payment status

Access is granted personally to the enrolled user and is non-transferable unless SkillDynamo agrees otherwise in writing.

You must not:

Share your course login
Give course access to another person

Use automated tools to extract content
Resell or commercially exploit course access

SkillDynamo may suspend access where these restrictions are violated.

12. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining:

Compatible software
Required browser versions
Audio or video equipment
Third-party software licences where required
Appropriate security protection

SkillDynamo does not guarantee that every feature will work on every device, browser, operating system, network, or software configuration.

13. Learning Outcomes and Certification Disclaimer

SkillDynamo provides education, skills development, and certification preparation.

SkillDynamo does not guarantee:

That you will pass a certification examination
That you will receive a third-party certification
Employment or promotion
A particular salary or income
Admission to an academic institution
A specific professional outcome
That every course will satisfy an employer’s requirements
That course completion will meet licensing or regulatory requirements

Learning outcomes depend on factors including attendance, prior knowledge, study effort, practice, assessment performance, examination conditions, and requirements set by third parties.

Certification examinations, vouchers, memberships, official certificates, or vendor registrations are not included unless expressly stated.

14. Course Completion Certificates

SkillDynamo may issue a course-completion or participation certificate where offered.

A certificate may require:

A SkillDynamo completion certificate is not the same as an official certification issued by Microsoft, Adobe, AWS, Cisco, Oracle, SAP, PMI, PeopleCert, or another third-party organisation unless expressly stated.

SkillDynamo may withhold or revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, impersonation, unauthorised assistance, or other misconduct.

15. Vendor Names and Third-Party Certifications

Product names, company names, certification names, trademarks, logos, and service marks appearing on the website belong to their respective owners.

The use of a vendor name or certification title is for course identification, description, or educational reference.

Unless expressly stated in writing, SkillDynamo does not claim:

Ownership of third-party trademarks

Accreditation
Endorsement

Third-party certification structures, examination fees, objectives, policies, and requirements may change without notice. Users should confirm current requirements with the official certification provider before registering for an examination.

16. Intellectual Property Rights

Where course-specific written terms conflict with these general terms, the course-specific terms will apply to that course to the extent of the conflict.
