Course Description

ISO 45001 Foundation Training develops practical capability to understand, implement, audit, and improve occupational health and safety management using ISO 45001 principles. The learning path begins with foundations of oh&s context, leadership, scope, policy, and worker participation and applying hazard identification, legal duties, risk, objectives, and planning, connecting requirements and principles with governance, evidence, stakeholder decisions, and measurable outcomes.

Applied work is framed around an organization managing workers, contractors, workplace hazards, legal duties, operational changes, incidents, and emergency conditions. Learners then progress through operating operational controls, contractors, procurement, emergencies, and incidents and evaluating performance, audit, review, corrective action, and improvement, producing OH&S governance and scope record, hazard, risk, and legal-duty register, OH&S operational evidence pack, and OH&S assurance and improvement report.

By completion, participants can interpret the subject, perform the relevant workflows, evaluate evidence, communicate supported conclusions, and hand over actions with clear ownership, monitoring, and follow-up.
