Course Description
MoV® Foundation develops practical capability in Foundation value management, function analysis, value profiles, options, facilitation, decision support, and implementation.
Learners progress through Foundation Value Concepts, Principles, Stakeholders, Needs, and Profiles; Foundation Function Analysis, Information, Creativity, Options, and Workshops; Foundation Evaluation, Selection, Risk, Recommendations, and Decisions; and Foundation Implementation, Benefits, Measurement, Governance, and Review. Each stage connects PeopleCert-aligned concepts with implementation decisions, operational controls, troubleshooting, and reviewable evidence.
The learning journey follows a cross-functional team applying Foundation to improve value by balancing benefits, costs, risks, stakeholder needs, and feasible options and produces a practical Foundation value profile, function model, option assessment, and implementation plan for implementation and operational use.
