Course Description
ISO 37101 Foundation develops practical capability to interpret ISO 37101 requirements for sustainable community governance, purpose, stakeholder needs, strategy, operations, performance, and improvement. The learning path begins with sustainable community concepts, iso 37101 structure, context, purpose, and scope and advances through leadership, stakeholders, sustainability issues, objectives, strategy, and planning, connecting requirements and methods with accountable roles, reviewable evidence, and measurable decisions.
Applied work is anchored to a local authority coordinating public agencies, infrastructure operators, businesses, and residents around sustainable community priorities. Learners then address resources, competence, communication, operational coordination, partnerships, and services and indicators, evaluation, internal audit, management review, and improvement, producing community context and purpose map, stakeholder strategy and objective register, sustainable operations coordination plan, and SDCMS performance and improvement report.
On completion, learners can translate the subject into repeatable work, challenge weak evidence, explain decisions, and hand over prioritized improvements with clear ownership.
