Course Description
ISO 26000 Lead Auditor develops practical capability to lead evidence-based assessments of social responsibility governance, stakeholder practices, core subjects, reporting, and improvement. The learning path begins with assessment principles, iso 26000 guidance, programme, scope, criteria, and competence and advances through stakeholders, materiality, governance, human rights, labour, and environmental evidence, connecting requirements and methods with accountable roles, reviewable evidence, and measurable decisions.
Applied work is anchored to an organization commissioning an independent assessment of social responsibility commitments across sites, suppliers, and communities. Learners then address fair practices, consumers, community, suppliers, operations, and performance evidence and findings, reporting, communication, corrective action, follow-up, and improvement, producing social responsibility assessment programme, stakeholder and evidence sampling plan, core-subject finding register, and lead auditor report and follow-up record.
Participants finish able to apply the course methods, distinguish evidence gaps from control failures, present defensible results, and track agreed actions through verification.
