Course Description
ISO 9001 Introduction develops practical capability to recognize ISO 9001 quality management concepts, process thinking, customer focus, operational control, and improvement. The learning path begins with quality concepts, process approach, context, and interested parties and advances through leadership, quality policy, roles, objectives, and planning, connecting requirements and methods with accountable roles, reviewable evidence, and measurable decisions.
Applied work is anchored to a growing service organization standardizing customer, supplier, and delivery processes across several teams. Learners then address customer requirements, operations, suppliers, release, and change and performance, satisfaction, audit, review, and improvement, producing QMS concept and process map, quality policy and objectives worksheet, customer and supplier control checklist, and quality performance improvement plan.
Participants finish able to apply the course methods, distinguish evidence gaps from control failures, present defensible results, and track agreed actions through verification.
