Course Description
ISO 22000 Introduction Training develops practical capability to understand or implement ISO 22000 food safety management requirements, hazard controls, communication, operations, verification, and improvement. The learning path begins with introduction to fsms context, scope, leadership, policy, roles, and food-chain communication and understanding prerequisite programmes, hazard analysis, control measures, oprps, and ccps, connecting requirements and principles with governance, evidence, stakeholder decisions, and measurable outcomes.
Applied work is framed around a food-chain organization coordinating raw materials, processing, storage, transport, suppliers, customers, and regulatory duties. Learners then progress through exploring traceability, emergency response, monitoring, verification, nonconformity, and recall and readiness for performance evaluation, internal audit, management review, corrective action, and improvement, producing FSMS concept and scope map, food-safety hazard and control worksheet, FSMS operational control evidence pack, and FSMS performance and certification-readiness report.
By completion, participants can interpret the subject, perform the relevant workflows, evaluate evidence, communicate supported conclusions, and hand over actions with clear ownership, monitoring, and follow-up.
