Course Description
Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA®-AAC) develops practical capability in agile analysis across strategy, initiative, and delivery horizons. Learners connect professional concepts with decisions, evidence, stakeholder expectations, and measurable outcomes.
The course progresses through Agile Mindset, Principles, Customer Value, and Collaborative Analysis; Strategy Horizon, Business Needs, Capabilities, Outcomes, and Product Direction; Initiative Horizon, Features, Options, Release Scope, and Value Sequencing; Delivery Horizon, Stories, Acceptance, Feedback, Retrospectives, and AAC Readiness. Each lesson combines explanation, scenario analysis, guided practice, validation, troubleshooting, and certification-oriented judgement.
Learners work through an agile analysis practitioner connecting strategic intent with product increments while helping teams learn quickly from customers and delivery evidence and produce a practical agile analysis canvas, strategy backlog, release scope, story and acceptance set, feedback log, and improvement plan for implementation, review, and professional handover.
