In the capstone module, participants apply the concepts learned throughout the course by designing and managing a simulated hybrid project. They will develop a tailored project approach, create predictive and Agile planning artifacts, establish governance structures, manage risks and stakeholders, monitor performance, and present their project delivery strategy. This practical exercise reinforces the ability to balance structured planning with adaptive execution in real-world project environments.
