Course Description
Fraud and Forensics Auditing – GRC develops practical capability to conduct fraud risk assessment, forensic auditing, evidence handling, investigation, analysis, reporting, and remediation within GRC programmes. The four-lesson path moves from core principles and governance into applied controls, evidence, exceptions, and accountable improvement.
Applied work is based on an organization investigating procurement irregularities, payment manipulation, conflicts of interest, and digital evidence. Learners create fraud risk and forensic audit plan, evidence and chain-of-custody register, forensic analysis and findings workbook, and investigation report and prevention plan, while testing decisions against realistic operational constraints.
By completion, participants can interpret the subject, perform the relevant workflow, evaluate evidence, communicate supported conclusions, and hand over prioritized actions with clear ownership and follow-up.
