Course Description
ISO 45001 Introduction develops practical capability to recognize ISO 45001 occupational health and safety concepts, worker participation, hazards, legal duties, operational controls, and improvement. The learning path begins with oh&s concepts, iso 45001 structure, context, scope, and worker participation and advances through leadership, safety policy, roles, hazards, legal duties, risks, and objectives, connecting requirements and methods with accountable roles, reviewable evidence, and measurable decisions.
Applied work is anchored to an organization establishing a common safety framework for employees, contractors, changing work, incidents, and emergency conditions. Learners then address operational controls, contractors, procurement, change, incidents, and emergencies and monitoring, consultation, audit, management review, corrective action, and improvement, producing OH&S context and participation worksheet, hazard and responsibility map, introductory safety control register, and OH&S readiness and improvement plan.
Participants finish able to apply the course methods, distinguish evidence gaps from control failures, present defensible results, and track agreed actions through verification.
