Course Description
ISO 26000 Lead Implementer develops practical capability to lead the integration of ISO 26000 social responsibility guidance into governance, strategy, operations, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. The learning path begins with social responsibility governance, context, principles, scope, and implementation programme and advances through stakeholders, materiality, human rights, labour, environment, and risk planning, connecting requirements and methods with accountable roles, reviewable evidence, and measurable decisions.
Applied work is anchored to a diversified enterprise embedding social responsibility across business units, suppliers, workforce practices, products, and communities. Learners then address fair practices, consumer issues, community involvement, suppliers, and operational integration and indicators, reporting, credibility, review, corrective action, and improvement, producing social responsibility charter and roadmap, stakeholder materiality and risk register, core-subject implementation evidence pack, and social performance and improvement report.
On completion, learners can translate the subject into repeatable work, challenge weak evidence, explain decisions, and hand over prioritized improvements with clear ownership.
