Course Description
ISO 37001 Lead Implementer Training develops practical capability to implement an anti-bribery management system that assesses risk, applies due diligence and controls, enables reporting, and promotes integrity. The learning path begins with abms context, scope, leadership, policy, compliance function, and planning and bribery risk assessment, objectives, due diligence, and treatment, connecting PECB and ISO requirements with governance, evidence, stakeholder decisions, and measurable acceptance.
Applied work is framed around an organization exposed to public officials, intermediaries, suppliers, gifts, donations, sponsorships, joint ventures, and high-risk transactions. Learners then progress through financial controls, nonfinancial controls, gifts, reporting, and investigations and monitoring, audit, review, corrective action, improvement, and certification, producing ABMS charter and implementation roadmap, bribery risk and due-diligence register, ABMS operational control evidence pack, and ABMS performance and certification report.
By completion, participants can interpret applicable requirements, perform implementation, audit, assessment, or foundation activities, evaluate evidence, communicate supported conclusions, and hand over clear improvement actions with ownership and follow-up.
