Course Description
ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer Training develops practical capability to implement an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 information security management system. The learning path begins with isms context, scope, leadership, policy, and governance and risk assessment, treatment, applicability, and objectives, connecting PECB and ISO concepts to governance, evidence, stakeholder decisions, and measurable acceptance.
Applied work is framed around a multi-site enterprise protecting cloud, customer, workforce, supplier, and application information. Learners then address annex a controls, awareness, suppliers, incidents, and operations and measurement, audit, management review, and corrective action, producing ISMS scope and implementation dossier, ISMS risk treatment and applicability record, implemented ISMS control evidence library, and ISMS performance and readiness report.
By completion, participants can interpret requirements, perform implementation, audit, analysis, or foundation activities, evaluate evidence, communicate conclusions, and hand over an improvement record with clear ownership and follow-up.
