SAP BASIS develops practical capability to administer SAP application servers, SAP HANA databases, security, backup, and system operations. The course moves from essential structures and process concepts into configuration, execution, validation, and accountable operational improvement.

Applied work uses an SAP operations team supporting development, quality, and production systems across a managed landscape. Learners produce SAP landscape and installation plan, application server operations runbook, HANA administration and security workbook, and backup recovery and maintenance dossier, while testing decisions against realistic SAP process and configuration exceptions.

By completion, participants can perform the relevant workflow, interpret system behavior, validate configuration outcomes, communicate supported findings, and hand over prioritized actions with clear ownership and follow-up.
