Disciplined Agile® Foundations Course develops practical capability in Disciplined Agile mindset, principles, team roles, process choices, value streams, lifecycle selection, ways of working, continuous improvement, and organizational application.

The course progresses through Disciplined Agile Mindset, Principles, Promises, Guidelines, and Value; Team Roles, Context, Lifecycles, Goals, and Process Choices; Ways of Working, Value Streams, Enterprise Awareness, and Tailoring; Experimentation, Metrics, Improvement, Application, and Next Steps. Each lesson connects PMI concepts with decisions, artifacts, stakeholder responsibilities, validation, and professional practice.

Learners work through an agile team selecting and tailoring an effective way of working for a changing product environment and produce a practical team context assessment, lifecycle choice, process-decision record, working agreement, and improvement backlog for implementation, review, exam preparation, and operational use.
