Course Description
R12.X Oracle HRMS iRecruitment Fundamentals prepares learners to work confidently with Oracle iRecruitment setup, vacancies, candidate processing, assessments, interviews, offers, communications, reporting, and lifecycle governance. Learners work within an HR operations team configuring a consistent recruitment flow for internal and external candidates, linking configuration and process decisions to security, accuracy, availability, and operational ownership.
Four connected stages cover Roles, Security, and Recruitment Business Flow; Vacancies, Posting Rules, and Candidate Experience; Applications, Assessments, Interviews, and Offers; Communications, Reporting, Personalization, and Data Purge. Every stage produces practical evidence, a validation record, troubleshooting notes, and a reusable handover outcome.
