Course Description
The PeopleCert MoR® Foundation (Management of Risk) course is a comprehensive online training program designed for project managers, programme managers, portfolio managers, risk managers, business analysts, PMO professionals, compliance officers, governance professionals, auditors, IT managers, operational managers, consultants, and business leaders responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing organizational risks. This course provides participants with a strong understanding of the MoR® framework, enabling them to establish effective risk management practices across strategic, programme, project, operational, and organizational levels. Learners will explore the principles, approach, process, embedding and reviewing practices of MoR®, while gaining practical knowledge of risk identification, assessment, analysis, planning, implementation, communication, governance, and continuous improvement. The curriculum covers enterprise risk management, governance structures, organizational risk culture, stakeholder engagement, risk appetite, risk tolerance, opportunity management, decision-making, business continuity, crisis management, compliance, performance measurement, and integration with complementary frameworks such as PRINCE2®, MSP®, ITIL®, Agile, and portfolio management.
