Course Description
PivotTables are one of the most powerful features in Microsoft Excel for summarizing, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets. This instructor-led online training course is designed to help participants master PivotTables and PivotCharts in Microsoft Excel 365 and Excel 2019, from the fundamentals to advanced reporting and dashboard creation.
The course begins with preparing and organizing source data before progressing through creating PivotTables, customizing layouts, grouping data, performing calculations, using slicers and timelines, building PivotCharts, and designing interactive dashboards. Participants will also explore advanced features such as calculated fields, calculated items, data models, multiple table analysis, and integration with Power Query.
Through practical exercises, real-world business scenarios, and a capstone project, learners will develop the skills required to transform raw data into meaningful insights for reporting and business decision-making.
