Course Description
This workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to Adobe Experience Manager Forms. It is designed to help developers understand the fundamentals of building enterprise-grade form-based applications using AEM Forms Workbench 6.5 and related components.
A significant portion of the training is dedicated to hands-on exercises, demonstrations, and guided labs. Each module begins with an activity to introduce key concepts, followed by instructor-led explanations and demonstrations. The session concludes with practical exercises that allow participants to apply what they have learned.
The workshop is structured around a real-world “New Employee Hire” application, where participants progressively build an end-to-end enterprise workflow solution. The exercises are divided into structured tasks that build upon each other. Optional extensions are also included to enhance functionality and deepen understanding.
Additionally, participants complete a self-paced capstone lab, where they design and implement a complete solution based on requirements, using the concepts covered during the workshop.
The training uses AEM Forms Workbench 6.5, the primary IDE for designing processes, forms, and orchestrations. Participants also interact with the AEM Forms administration interface and related modules to understand the full application lifecycle
