Course Description
ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Improve develops practical capability in Direct, Plan, and Improve purpose, workflows, roles, information, controls, measurement, assurance, and improvement.
Learners progress through Direct, Plan, and Improve Purpose, Scope, Principles, Value, and Stakeholders; Direct, Plan, and Improve Workflows, Roles, Information, Controls, and Coordination; Direct, Plan, and Improve Integration, Technology, Risk, Exceptions, and Assurance; and Direct, Plan, and Improve Measurement, Reporting, Improvement, Adoption, and Handover. Each stage connects PeopleCert-aligned concepts with implementation decisions, operational controls, troubleshooting, and reviewable evidence.
The learning journey follows an IT service organization applying Direct, Plan, and Improve to a live service environment while balancing value, risk, user experience, operational stability, and evidence and produces a practical Direct, Plan, and Improve operating model, workflow map, validation record, and improvement backlog for implementation and operational use.
