Course Description
CompTIA Cloud Essentials+ develops practical capability to evaluate cloud value, service models, migration, risk, governance, operations, and financial considerations through Cloud Essentials+. The learning path begins with cloud principles, service models, business value, and stakeholders and cloud design, migration, data, integration, and change adoption, connecting technical or business decisions to measurable outcomes, security, evidence quality, and operational responsibility.
Applied work is framed around business and technical stakeholders deciding where and how cloud services should support organizational goals. Learners then progress through risk, security, compliance, governance, and policy and operations, financial management, metrics, vendors, and improvement, producing cloud value and stakeholder assessment, cloud adoption and migration recommendation, cloud governance and risk checklist, and cloud operating and financial review.
By completion, participants can plan, implement, validate, troubleshoot, communicate, and hand over the course workflows with clear assumptions, tests, corrective actions, rollback points, ownership, and prioritized next steps.
