Course Description

Unified Assurance V6 – API Ed 1 develops practical capability in unified assurance api architecture, authentication, authorization, and data models and rest endpoints, requests, filters, pagination, errors, and response handling. The learning path connects Oracle architecture, configuration, development, or functional processing to ownership, security, data quality, controls, and measurable acceptance criteria.

The later modules address automation, inventory, events, alarms, tickets, and external integrations and api security, testing, versioning, performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Learners work with API credentials, request collections, response payloads, error codes to distinguish configuration defects from data, access, integration, performance, or operational failures.

By completing the course, participants can support an external operations tool integrating with Unified Assurance to query inventory, manage alarms, and automate support workflows. They also create an improvement plan covering validation, exception handling, rollback, ownership, monitoring, and production support.
